First you don't have a mx 13 @ 475hp.
Now for the 9 mpg @ 75
Keep the windows rolled up to save wind drag
Turn off the ac coz it takes power and waste fuel (cut the wires to compressor takes way the temptation to turn it on)
Rotate the air in your drives regularly.
Buy everything Ruth Ford tells you to (even the stuff that doesn't work cuz they don't sponsor him now)
Send him $50 a week to get better mileage (lowers overall weight of your wallet = less rolling resistance. It's a no brainer)
Add racing stripes
Buy adult diappers so you don't have to burn fuel stopping and starting agianCrude Truckin', Bean Jr., slim shady and 1 other person Thank this. -
But they have to be signature series, those have been individually tested to see how much crap they'll holdBean Jr. Thanks this.

We get pretty decent fuel mileage at 85 mph... LOL... jk. There is a way, so these engine manufactures say, to get these engines to be cost effective with fuel. But these are the same people that designed the diesel exhaust system around a 150 year old idea of the diesel engine. These are also the people that are continuing to poor billions of dollars into making future engines better and no money into what is need to repair the engines they built as a test and just through them in our trucks!

Okay yep yep you caught my miskey...... not 475hp it is 485hp. thank you for that detailed catch. however the other advice will have to be for the fool you were directing those too. Air in your drives..... you are a hootter cooter! LOL!!!! After skidding through this sit these kind of questions are more for the mechanic when the truck is in the shop however when we did that it was a 445.38 bill for a refresh of DTC's, cleared codes, updated software, got a print out of all codes from truck log and an hvac air filter. Now we have to pay a $118/hour mechanic just to have our trucks updated? Need to start my own tech shop just for these updates and clearing codes.
