2012 Peterbilt defrost work only

hi all. I have been looking into this same problem with no results. Can anyone help with the hvac diagram for a 2012 Pete 587

The mode got stuck on defrost and only the heater works. I need to locate those 2 actuators or problably a third actuator. I see only 1 on top of the of the system next to the blower motor. Where are the other ones I would like to know. Thanks

This is what your HVAC system looks like. #4 is the mode motor that changes your modes from floor, vent, defrost, etc. Kind of a bear to get mode actuator. Remove center dash panel and its down there. Unbolt motor and see if drum is stuck or motor responds to commands. I have seen them bind and can get to work by unbolting them and re-bolting. Also fished out a couple pens! The P/N of motor supercedes to SR2000017. Let us know what you find.
