2012 Volvo D13 intermittent throttle issue

    Have one of my volvo's a 2012 D13, that's having intermittent throttle response issues, it threw a code for TPS sensor, so replaced it with a new pedal assembly, came right for a while and it now doing it again, this time no codes...

    is there a calibration process for the pedal? I vaguely remember reading there was one.

    Worked it out. Old Qualcomm cable plugged into the diagnostic port, unplugged it and no more issues.
