Hello Everyone, i was have injector cup leaks problem in my 2012 D13. I was replaced 6 pack 4 times then failed again.
Then i did successful experiment on my truck. I make small copper part to seal injector in cups. Since that I didn’t have any problem. If anyone needs to do on their truck feel free to contact me at [email protected]. I will help you out of this expenses issue

I think the original design cup was actually better than the latter conical ... The biggest flaw was the soft brass metal used for the cup.

if the original design ones were stainless steel and used copper sealing washers I think the cups issue would have been solved.

Hi, i made copper part and fill the gaps between the injector and cups. See the pic.

 

It will seal the injector from three directions bottom, top and side.
