    Hello - Radiator is leaking but it seems - Volvo Dealers are not stocking
    D13 radiators - because some require additional connections?

    What are your recommendations to REPLACE or REPAIR this radiator.

    Not sure which radiator to buy right now, there are like 4 different stock numbers?

    * looking at aftermarket.

    Thanks for any advice on this.

    and yes replace it definately not worth repairing at the cost they charge for repair, if i had to guess i would say it's leaking out of the top hose driver side right next to where the hose connection goes, D13 sickness as far as radiator goes, replaced hundreds of them.

    Rocky Mountain Radiator in NC manufactures a replacement. I bought one direct for $480 or so and it's been great so far (15 months).

    Volvo wanted to sell me the same one from RM for $800. Big mark up. Go direct to them.

    PM if you have a question.

    I went with aftermarket and it's been fine so far. Are you sure it's your radiator leaking? I thought I had a top seam leak recently but eventually I figured out it was two hairline cracks in the surge (overflow) tank. It was running down onto the radiator along the top rear seam.

    Good luck!

    Mine was leaking real bad. It was the plastic top part of the radiator. Sad really. Truck was only 3yrs old at the time.
