2013 Cascadia won't start

Have the same issue. Dealers keep changing starters but it last about 2 mo.and then does the same.It clicks but won't crank like you forgot to press the clutch.The weather has nothing to do with that. It's been going on since last winter .Tried to bypass the clutch sensor, solenoid -would not help.Everytime it happens have to gently hammer on the starter which is #3 so far

 

check the sam connection for water entry under the plastic covers if fitted

 

Have a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia DD13 Driver backing out of spot made a turn and stalled, tried to restart cranks but no fire ?
