I have been getting an intermittent sqealing noise from my Cummins ISC.
Comes and goes, but mostly there.

Seems to be from the rear half of the engine. Can't find any exhaust leaks etc.

    Any suggestions?

You have a exhaust manifold gasket cracked and leaking. The exhaust pressure passes the bimetal gaskets and whistles like blowing on a blade of grass.

Exhaust or turbo gasket, or egr pipe with a small leak.

I had a pretty good look today. Can't see any telltale blackness around the exhaust manifold that would indicate a leaking gasket...

How bout #6 @ the very back. I'm telling you it's a manifold to head gasket. They can be a bugger to see and sometimes the staining can be minimal. I have also seen issues with manifold to turbo gaskets and on missing 12 point nuts at the turbo flange on the hi mount turbos. My money is still on the manifold to head.

What kind of a deal is it to change the manifold gaskets?
    Think that's my problem.

Full day job.........if you have done it before. Especially in that cab. Follow procedure and clean all bolt threads and surfaces. Triple check the bolt torque to the head. I go over the pattern at least 3 times to make sure they dont turn anymore.

    JohnC123 and spsauerland Thank this.
