    Where is the stupid relay for my 4 way hazards, checked owners manual (not helpful) even called Kenworth and they have no answer.

    There isn't one, its all computer controlled by the chassis node. They have several power feed wires going into the chassis node and they are common to corrode a few inches back from the connector going into the module. Fuses for those power feeds are all in the small fuse panel that is under hood.
