    retaking a cdl permit test is no big deal. if i were you then. go and get a license from Tennessee then go apply for central you wont have to worry about anything. thats what i did. went straight to orientation. and out with a trainer. but you will do a upgrade test man so trust me the last thing you gotta worry about is a permit test. and anywhere you go youll have to retake the permit test. but overall they all the same
