2013 w900L no hazard lights

Hey all...I got an issue with my w9. My signals work but no hazard lights when I flip the switch.
The switch plug has power on one pin. The switch lights with the rest of the other switches.
I can't find a relay/fuse that is specifically just for the hazard lights....and the signals both work so I assume a shared relay or fuse would be fine.
I tried plugging on to a spare switch in the dash and that didn't work either.
I'm kinda lost at this point and don't know where to go next.
Anybody have any experience with this problem or have any ideas for me?
I've got a safety in a couple weeks so I need to get this fixed.

The only relay/flasher that I could find was the circled one in the attached picture. I pulled it and put it in a relay tester and it seemed to pass. Is there another flasher somewhere or is that the one for signals/hazards?
