This has been a pointless exercise. Not one person has actually addressed the question I asked. All replies have been mired in the details or telling me something obvious that I already knew. This is why I usually just do things my own way and don't bother asking advice but every once in a while I ask anyway just to confirm my theory. Saying that something shouldn't have happened does nothing to mitigate the current situation.

And just did you expect? There is no magic fix to your driving history over the past year. I think you knew that also.

Might be a good idea to just call some flatbed companies in your area and tell them what all you have on your record and just see what they say? Then youll better know what you need to do with your current company?

The above seems to be the question you are asking. Yes, you have options. My Grandfather use to say that the answer to everything was "Change your actions or Change your Attitudes." That is what I am saying to you now. Stop screwing up and stop thinking of yourself as a screw up. You are a professional driver that has made some mistakes. Learn from them. Get your health back. We are not a medical forum but seek medical help. If the Volvo's do not fit your body, find a truck that does. Ask your company to acquire one for you. Have a doctor write you a prescription for one. Who knows, maybe under Federal law somewhere there is a way that the company can get one at little or no cost to them. Just like one of those hoverrounds.

Remember, you are one of us. Be proud of that fact and demand better. There is a storage of drivers. Companies need folks. You can find a different company if you need to. Just don't stay in the same state you are in and expect things to change unless you make a change yourself.

What kind of truck would you like to be in?

What is it that you want answered???? Get your #### together or you'll be forced out of the industry. That's it. That's all there is to it. There's no answer other than that. You did this, and the only way you're gonna get out of this is to stop being a screw up and take responsibility for your actions and learn from those mistakes. That's the only answer that you're getting here. It's the only one that fits for you even though you don't want to hear it. Get over it. Get right. Or get out. And learn how to work kid.

What's done is done, you can't go back and fix something that's now on your MVR.
Youve just gotta take control and have somewhat of a ruthless streak to this game, at all times.
I've lost count of the number of loads I've rejected cos they were too heavy. It's def a problem.
UPS knew what they were doing, and they could care less because it's your CDL not theirs.
eventually it will come off your record and just move on.
im sure you won't make that mistake again.
But asking guys on here to solve your problem is unrealistic.
    Until next time.

It is only a problem when people let it become a problem.

Its your CDL, it is your license to drive, so take care of it.
