2014 d13 Ecu faults

dpf efficiency below threshhold.

 

How many miles on the truck?

 

possibly something going on with not being able to do a good regen, usually the dpf diesel module is the culprit but not sure need to perform regen and look at the values to see what is going on exactly that would give me a better idea.

You should have a soot level gauge. Press Esc=> Aftertreatment=>ATS Status => press ^ Soot Level Gauge. The first “e” in word Level is 30-33%. What you got??

 

Check this relay valve ,
https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/..._icQg81G62eHok3uWEAxFYHY-PNyD54AZMGW47eCoS57w located on left side under the fuel filter, i had problems with it many times, mostly air leaks. It should open the air through metallic pipe to this valve,discharge recirculation valve;

on the right side that allows more air/oxygen to get into exhaust and burn the diesel injected by 7th injector during regen and reach higher temperature to burn the DPF soot ; When was bad, i had white smoke during regen, the particles of diesel not properly burned due to lack of air/Oxygen.
