2014 d13 Ecu faults

Was wondering if you got the fault cleared
Or resolved??
Just got that same fault code today on my 2014 vnl 670

Same code volvo d13 ,2014
Had it reset and forced regen it got cleared. Drove about 1300 miles while baking up in tight spot "check engine light" shows up same code SA 16 Dtc p200200 drive another 500 miles and baking up in truck stop light went away
Another 800 miles had to stop at the shoulder quickly .from 70 miles to stop at shoulder quickly I hit the brakes drive to shoulder truck shook nicely b4 stoping on shoulder same "check engine " light and code showed up again.
Another 1100 miles to home the light is still there.
Any ideas,suggestions ?

I don't wana go to dealer just yet . it uses the def fuel like its spouse to even with the code .please help.

 

2 questions: 1.When was the last time you did parked regeneration?? 2. What’s your soot level gauge shows you right now?

 

Forced regen bcuz of the same code about 4700 miles ago and soot level is at the first E of LEVEL Right now. , and during those 4700 miles it would go to V of LEVEL and then auto regen I guess and come back down to first E.
