    Anyone know what could cause the engine fan to stay on all the time. Is there anyways to diagnose this what could cause this.

    I have these codes

    SPN-524285 14
    SPN-2058 14

    Your fan clutch is pooched.

    You either have to get it replaced:
    - $2200 at dealership

    Or do a 2 speed fan replacement kit:
    - $4000

    I had mine go twice over a 6 year span and I regret not doing the replacement kit.

    Is the fan clutch hard to take out. Can I take it out with a basic tools or I have to take it to the dealer?
