2014 Maxxforce 13???

Problem is, the electrical harness won't work. The whole truck is actually one computer system. It's not like the old days when you & your buddies could put any engine in any truck over the weekend.
Old retired people that have never been in trucking buy those beautiful cheap trucks to pull their travel trailers, thinking they got a good deal.
Some dealerships won't even take them as trade-ins because they don't want to ruin their reputation. If they do take one on a trade-in, they wholesale it out to get it off the lot.

 

can run any motor you want they say you cant put a pre emission engine in a newer emission truck because the federal epa nazis will fine ya big time. I know of many newer trucks that have been swapped for old motors because there in so deep in the garbage motors

 

My 2014 did it at 50k miles sitting in a Pilot parking lot near Nashville.
