we dont have a very big sample to look at only a couple drivers even look at their mpg
but even driving our trucks regularly 70+ one driver averaged 7.18 last year over 150000 miles
WI to CA just like me
biggest single thing that affects my mileage seems to be WY wind
my owner doesnt believe in OH

I was told the same thing by Jack about the new trucks not being fully broke in and getting the best mpg til about 125-150k on the odometer. Mine currently has 81k and I have no problem getting Esmeralda to bump the 8mpg range.

Rig-Guard brand works very well. The website froze on my original post on this and I'm tired and don't feel like re-writing the whole thing. It's passthough construction as opposed to tack on pieces, though. A little more expensive and about 40 pounds heavier than tack on brands but just as strong as steel, but much lighter than steel.

View attachment 77970 My butchered diagram didn't upload so well, but you should be able to get the idea. It's solid and continuous oval tube and other horizontal tubes that pass all the way through the vertical support boxes. The welds just keep the oval and straight tubes from moving side-to-side. The other brands weld half ovals and straight pieces TO the vertical support boxes. Rig-Guard passes single pieces all the way THOUGH the uprights. Much, MUCH stronger.

Well I like the cab, but the dd15 is just a dog. The folks at detroit really spun a good yarn. I bought a lemon I think

I can't even get any dealerships to plug in and check things Do you own it or is it a company truck ? cannot see if its your truck why dealers shop would not plug in and check things as for mileage they are all over the 100,000 mile mark 3 just about 1 year old but still got 6.5 to 7 MPG right from the start the other 1 is a 2012 I bought used from an O/O retiring and his records showed good fuel mileage as well from time it was new

I own the truck, dealerships 5 of them have all refused to check to see what is going on. I have no one to complain to. If this keeps up I will have to return truck to loan mountain just to try to recover. I am getting nothing but poor number on mpg. 15k to 450 loads all just poor mpg.??
