    Just saw 2 Gardner 2015 Argosy's:

They appear to be pre-egr engines with DPFs -- driver said he loved it.

    JRut and joseph1135 Thank this.

Let's see what the proposed rule changes about gliders will do to the Argosy availability. If a glider built after 2017 model year has to meet the same emision regulation as any new truck, Frightliner will have a decision to make.
that is unless President Trump intervenes...

I belive next president will push newer emission laws too,

    It is politics.

And pay attention Euro regulatios share many detales with EPA.

European and US trucks share engines. Argosy and Cascadia got engine from Actros MP-IV labeled as Detroit

Saw a new argosy pulling a van yesterday on 75 sb in florida. Looked really cool. That with a 13spd, and 48 step deck would probably be a pretty cool flatbedder.

I love how much shorter the argosy is with a 57" trailer than that conventional 53' is. Awesome. Pre-egr engines? Does that mean they're older engines and don't have to use DEF?

Not 2015's but I just love this set up. Freightliner really needs to get the ball rolling with production on these. Screenshot_2015-10-02-22-30-45.png IMG_20151003_004546.jpg

Another one of the 2015 model from Gardner. IMG_20151003_005926.jpg Maybe if they put them back in full production companies like Biagi Bros can stop using these garbage trucks to pull their 57's 12944971473_8f4a55caf5_b.jpg
