2015 Freightliner Cascadia

I have a 2015 Freightliner Cascadia DD15 and the a/c clutch won’t kick on. I tried jumping it but nothing. Bought a new one from Freightliner put it on and it’s doing the same thing. Can’t locate the fuse or relay for the a/c. Maybe someone has run into the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
