I have problem with combustion soot going in water separator and is turning black after week of driving

That's extreme!and a first. When are you doing the cups? Will a dealership be doing the cups?

 

I just change injector and injector caps, truck is driving good buth i'm thinking maybe is more soot in fuel tank left from before, if is still making soot in fuel separator is safe to drive the truck for same time

I have a 2017 780, they replaced 3 injectors and all 6 cups at 100,000 miles and now I'm at 116,000 and think they're going again.

Losing a little bit of coolant, I think leaking into fuel and being burned off. Probably causing problems with the after treatment system also.

 

Did a Volvo dealer do the work? I had a set fail under 40k. Thankfully they warrantied the work

Yep it’s a known problem with the D13 mine went bad around 320,000 I replaced cups and injectors 5k @ The Volvo dealer
