I don't drive much, here and there. Used to maintain them though.

Also sometimes it turns really hard to the right. Like it just wants to stop mid steering wheel turn.

I purchased my 2014 389 brand new. It has around 820,000 on the clock. I’m the only person who has ever driven it (besides the 20 miles my mechanic has). The front end gets jacked up every 100 hours, wheels get turned hard right, king pins get a little squirt, wheels get turned hard left, rinse and repeat. Then both steering shaft joints, both clutch shaft joints, both clutch linkage joints, throw out bearing, drag link(one zerk on each side), tie rod end (one zerk on each side) a dab on the firewall hood supports then underneath the truck to do the unjoints.
Truck has disc brakes all the way around and servicing the wheel ends isn’t much different than drums…..the wheel seal is the same part number of my older drum trucks. You do need a looong breaker bar and a 1 3/16”socket to remove the calipers. Socket has to be the perfect length as not to be too long to hit the suspension components. The hubs are super heavy with the rotors bolted to them so leave your bad back in the house (lifting them reminds me of older inboard brake drums).

I think i found the problem. The tires are straight.
Pic 1 is where it is pic 2 is where it should be. Both tires are aligned but the steering wheel is off. Just about no play in the wheel at all 16919452000486956861908334754571.jpg

Looks like you'll need the drag link adjusted if none of the steering components are worn out or damaged. If non-adjustable you may have to pull the steering wheel to re-center it.

I can move the drag link with two hands but not one. Any rough idea of what they might cost

Move as in rotate? Or move as in you can push and pull at the ball stud and feel play?

It is normal to be able to rotate the drag link and tie rod. It is not normal to have actual movement between the ball stud and socket.

Push the top towards the passenger side, as the the bottom comes towards the driver side and then back. Enough free play to create a clunk.
