No like I said nothing major and n the downhill grade and all the other stats where fine. After stopping for a 30. We started rolling again on flat roads and it did the same thing. No engine break or breaking. Just building speed on the interstate. Idk what’s going on. But it goes off after about 40-45 seconds. No codes.

No codes, the mechanic is plugging into it and telling you that it didn't store any codes? Or the screen in the dash isn't giving you any info?

    It's an automatic Freightshaker.

It could be trying to turn into a stalk of bananas.

Park it. Get out, back away from it, never turning your back on it, making the Sign of The Cross the whole way, until you are a safe distance, then get a real truck.

Haha!! I don’t care for autos but I’m company and it’s a truck that’s driving.

It’s usually a sensor that causes it to shutdown like that. Like an oil pressure sensor going out if it has oil on the contacts or a low coolant sensor. Next time it does it try and see if the gauges are doing anything funny. Check the fluids when you get a chance, and keep rolling. Corrosion on battery terminals can make the truck computer act strange too. It’s probably a simple fix. You might be able to use the override button on the dash if it tries to shutdown just long enough to get off the road. My bet is a sensor.

Have you bled the water out of your air tanks lately? Checked, and drained your fuel water separator?
Tiny little problems in modern trucks will trigger the panic button.
Keep an eye on your oil pressure as well.
DD15'S have a habit of dropping the oil pick up tube in the pan, which results in spun main bearings.

OK... The coolant reservoir has a sensor in the side for low coolant level.
I took wires off and jumped it out with a paperclip as a test to see if it was that - and it was.
But it's my truck and wouldn't recommend that in your case.
Check that coolant reservoir first and top it off to see if it stops freaking out.
