I heard that a trucking company from South Holland bought all the land behind Manhiem Auto Auction in Matteson off of I-57 and Rt 30 and was building a huge truck Shop/Long term parking/truck wash... Any idea if that's Kisawani?

$21-24 is good but on 1099 not to appealing to me, not dissing the company by any means...

I actually talked to the owner personally a couple years ago after replying to one of his adds... That's pretty rare to have the owner be the one to call...

 

They did buy land but i dont think it was there. Dont quote me tho. And ya 1099 isnt really the best company wise. But they in my top choices when i get ready to leave this summer

no that's not them but the current yard they have, they own just about the same size yard surronding it but not done yet. they're supposed to start in april or may i think... another 300 spots (and also i believe CMA/ZIM asked them once they build this area, they will become a depo for CMA/ZIM containers...).. and i think they're doing permanent fuel stations upto like 5 of them and a automated truck wash facility. They also said that the fuel stations will also sell gas and they'll deduct it from your settlement just like they do to us owner ops when we fill up diesel... that's cool lol
