And this was why I switched to ISO work. The company gives everyone an iPass transponde and bills the customer for all tolls.
Speaking of, at this point out looks like I'm going to go back to the old company. I'm still considering selling the truck and moving to a dispatcher position, but barring that happening, I think I'm going back. Things got a lot more complicated Friday at current company.

That's just it....numbers don't add up anymore....there IS no dealing with it.....not on these rates........I know adjustments will happen, it's a question of, HOW QUICKLY!!!
-
2019 sometime. LOL
-
what's causing ya to go back?
-
Complete chaos. I left to come here for basically the same money and a better schedule. Since day one, the schedule has been chaotic to say the least. I'm basically at the whim and beckon call to the end customer. My back up driver quit/was fired about 4 weeks ago. And my immediate boss (the only other person who knows how to unload these tanks) quit Friday, leaving me the only person at our terminal and the only person who actually knows how to unload these tanks. I told my boss 3 weeks ago he needed to find a back up driver because I was leaving. Evidently, he never told anyone at corporate, so the cheese stand alone.

Sounds hectic man. Do whatever makes ya happy! I assume your going back to run containers? Lol

Old company ran ISO & domestic tanks. Basically same money less miles, but a different kind of chaos.

Hey guys would you run for this rates
0-60 $225
61-120 $250
121-180 $275
241-290 $325
291 plus $350
Also 35 dollars per stop and monthly parking it's 200 dollars on average
Not miles per trip but per day and zip code to zip code but they let you use their ezpass and you have to get inspected every 3 months by their own mechanics and fix on the spot or get shut down??? -
Is this each way or round trip????....if it's round trip, then, no.ChicagoJohn Thanks this.
-
Oh hell no. That's just barely over $1.00/mile. assuming you get paid that both ways.
RERM Thanks this.
