Ask your company how to keep it idling. It probably has an ambient air temp sensor that enables it to idle if it is excessively hot or cold outside. Do you have a bunk heater (Espar or Webasto) to keep you warm or an APU (TriPac, etc.) to keep you cool? If you do, then use them instead of idling the truck engine.
If it is your truck then ask your salesman how to keep it idling.
