I've noticed I can be in cold weather for days and won't be on but as soon as I go south to warmer weather it comes on and stays on maybe go off when I shut truck off but come right back on down road codes at this moment are sa 11 spn 793 fmi 7

Get some relief bro winter is coming.
Check all wiring. Start from batteries compartment, switch if you have it under cab. All grounding should be tight and clean.
Wires connection on firewall behind the air tubes, replace the ABS fuse. Sometime fuse is broken inside.
Check wires under cab where it touching to the bracket if it loose damage might be here. IMG_20160727_180448026.jpg IMG_20160813_190528362.jpg

Volvo's are famous for ABS light when you have lose wheel bearing. A new truck should not have that, it something to maybe check.

Check to make sure all connections are tight and make sure you do not have a loose wheel bearing like brandt said it is very important. there is one more connection on top of the air drier where all the wires for the back come into harnes plugs most of the time i find some wire rubber over there or have also found loose terminal connection that the pins are not sitting in all the way.
