The DPF should be removed and baked every 250k. The dealer should have a record of any service that was done. Mine had a new EGR cooler right before I got it (366k).

    7th injector replaced every 150k.

My MPG started out crappy (5.5). I've slowly been working the bugs out. Replacing the fan clutch that was stuck on and solving an alignment issue got me to 7.5 @ 60 mph. I just made my first trip with Eco-roll enabled which appears to have gained me another three tenths. I got 7.8 on the last fill. We'll see what happens in the long term.

As far as APU, good luck finding one available. There were none to be had when I got this truck. I went with a generator and a mini-split A/C.

    Bono84 Thanks this.

if you have the vin from the old truck the dealer MAY be able to find out (they will need to get the info from volvo) what the setting were in the old truck then compare them to the setting in the NEW TO YOU truck
