Clean or replace 7th injector. Check if air hose from air regulator to AHI is plugged. Change air dryer filter. Check if air dryer is plugged.
What is an AHI Dosing Module on Volvo / Mack engines? (3-minute read). There's a guy on Youtube who took one apart and shows how it works. If you don't change your air dryer cartridge regularly, it can contaminate the AHI and then cause the openings to get stuck open or closed.
