So I have a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia and I have a coolant leak. I’ve done a coolant pressure test and everything else but mechanics cannot find a leak anywhere. Any ideas on where the hell it’s going I have to put like a gallon in maybe every week and a half two weeks.

    Check EGR cooler

If you don't have Detroit motor, find a Cummins video.

Pull the mixer pipe (going into intake elbow) and see if it's wet for egr cooler. As previously said. 13mm, 4 bolts, then either a 7mm or 8mm for hose clamp.
Check oil and make sure it doesn't look like chocolate milk.
Check fuel and make sure it's not cloudy/separating.
Check coolant pipes under cab going to bunk heater core. Specifically where the plastic hold down brackets go over them. And make sure bunk heater core isn't leaking.
Check def tank. Should be clear. (Very rare to have coolant leak into def, usually it's other way around)
Make sure it's not leaking down onto turbo/exhaust and evaporating.
