Quicken is about as user friendly and simple as it gets. But I refuse to keep my information on a server that's under someone else's control, and pay a recurring fee to do it.
I use Gnu Cash. It's free, and it's open source. But it comes with a bit of a learning curve.

Intuit is now money-grabbing. -
Quickbooks offers an online (cloud based) version, but it's not exclusive.
I just upgraded my desktop 2015 pro to 2018 pro.
Their online version sux anyways. -

I've been pretty happy with the online version. Once it's set up, it's a lot more hands off.
