    Every 6-10k miles,slows down to 5mph you park it on the shoulder,it shuts off and you cant turn it on next 10 min,after 10min like nothing happened it works normal next 6-10k miles.
    Throws tranny shifter finger code on eld.
    Any idea what it is?

    5 mph is a common derate speed when you have exceeded the allowable time limit when you have any sort of emission fault. The trans shift finger code is usually a broken clutch and it can't disengage to get to neutral, but this will not cause a derate in speed. Being stuck in gear will cause a no start. Seems like sitting is allowing a system reset. Your first step is check it for codes. Like mentioned, checking all battery connections is a good idea too.
