I recently had warranty work done on my truck. While in the shop, the very helpful service manager informed me that the firmware in my dashboard cluster needed to be updated, for a hefty fee of course. At any rate, after the update, my interior lights come on when i open either driver or passenger doors. It didn't do that before the update. i don't like that feature, but i can't figure out how to turn it back off. Anyone with a T680 know how to turn that feature off?

Why did it need to be updated?
I have dealers saying this all the time and I tell them do it for free or it doesn’t get done, I am not paying for it without any justification. -

I had one update shoved onto one of the trucks that bricked the body computer, it was to prevent the bricking of the body computer. So since, if it was on their dime, i would consider it. -
