    do you guys stop at i80 i55 i 280 etc scales? do they know if u get a red light on prepass and keep going? im 100% sure ive seen so mannnnyyy containers run these scales its crazy. i55 esp even with dot there. ive been overweight lately and i wonder what happens besides a ticket if i get pulled in 80,200 or so. its impossible to fix on site

    You won't either!!!!....were currently running 20 trucks, and so it shall be for a while....

    As far as seeing us at the rails, honestly, I've seen 3 Kiswani trucks in the last 2 months....so....not surprising at all!!!!!

    Nothing happens, in IL, Kiswani is liable for the fine, it is an admin ticket to the company. No driver points.....I've seen my record recently and can confirm this, also, the last ticket, I asked the cop and he gave me a copy of the IL code that so states it.

    Sometimes they come after you, sometimes they don't. I your that worried, bypass the scales ....I80 on US30, I55 take Crossroads Parkway......

    P.S. Make #### sure you scale and text a pic of it to dispatch, then make sure they reply in text form.....CYA!!!!!!

    i got a ticket for bein heavy on my drives but 53 foot. i had to pay and make it legal. now if im over 80k but my gross is under 42500 then csx will pay. issue is what if........scale wont let me leave till im legal. thats what scares me.
