can one of u guys help me out. emh53g***** booking #. so 53 foot empty emhu. how do i outgate via NS app. if i click outgate it wants me to put pick up#. it wont let me put eh53g because no letters will show up on app. but i can search this booking on the reservstion look up . which it isnt a reservstion #. and ns is not helpful. i called 2 terminals and help desk
