If I had to guess, there's a train blocking the entrance.

I get to come home tomorrow, but looking at the forecast, Joliet is only getting 2-5 tonight and >1" tomorrow during the day. So much for snowmagedan

 

how does cn get away with it

 

CN used to have the other entrance of off 159th open when I first started doing rails so you could enter/exit at 2 different locations but then for some reason stopped and made the only entrance Center street... Stupid.

Because they can. Everyone hates CN. O didn't mind it when I pulled ISO's. After 1 hr I wad on the clock. Longest I was ever there was 4.5 hours.
