K, fellers. Got a 2018 international LT with a cummins isx15. Took the DOC, DPF and SCR off for cleaning, all good. Replaced inlet and outlet NOX sensors, Replaced NH3 sensor for good measure. Won't complete a regen or SCR test. Also had international dealership come out and flash the ECM. codes are gone for a short time, then come right back. What am I doing wrong? 20250313_081038.jpg 20250313_083444.jpg

The top fault is the one I would go after first. In my general experience the other three are usually faults that result from the root cause. In this case it could be a power supply issue to whatever module is related to that first fault.

Did you have these codes before the work started?
Do you have a small fuse block under the drivers side floor?

I have never seen 1117 power loss cause SCR power derate. You must have more codes there? Lets start with that 1117, check 30 amp fuse 2E in the small under the hood fuse panel near the firewall.
