Rookie truck drivers are given the legal minimum amount of training, most trainers teach them only how to back up straight with 3 city block of clear space in front of the destination location. The trainers will also show students how to avoid ever backing into a parking spot anywhere other than the customer by parking at the fuel pumps and on top of the CAT scale for their 10 hour break.

Dollar store accounts for any and all trucking companies are the positions that are never full. There are so many open driving slots that trucking companies even divert rookies from their OTR divisions to fill them. The pay is poor, you deal with store employees that make DMV clerks look like go-getters. You will back into cars, shopping carts, stores and then be fired. Good luck working for another company when you have 3 months solo experience, 3 accidents, and a termination on your DAC file.
