Truck needs to have eaton DVA installed and test drove. Anything else is a waste of time.

There is a new steady bearing coming out shorty to help with driveline vibrations as well.

we have had this done...3 times. showing vibration at the clutch calling for a transmission damper to be put on. Don't feel like you should be having extra parts put on to cover up the vibration instead of finding where it is coming from...But thanks for the info.

Driveline angles are wrong I'd put money on it, this isn't a new issue for Pete.

Whats the cruising speed rpm? What rpm does it happen at? I know they had some issues with high geared trucks.
Also has the driveline dampner been installed yet?

    spsauerland Thanks this.

it happens in high gear about 12-13 RPM's when pulling. Dampner has not been installed as i want the problem found not covered up. 12-13 it is really bad but goes away after 13

Low rpms make the harmonics alot worse. Its a huge struggle for downspeeding. Getting the rpms back up to 14 15 removes the low rpm harmonics.
I honestly dont think there is an issue on your truck. Im not saying it isnt vibrating, Im just saying there really isnt a fix other then the dampner. Either that or swap the rears to get back in the higher rpms and the problem will be solved. Im not a big fan of downspeeding because of the harmonics
