I almost forgot about Cushing.....Been over 20 years since Ive done Crosstowns
What the Heck was that guys name over at conrail 47th that used to Mess with everyone checking in?
He was Cool if you got to know him, But would Mess with the Foreign guys..

Going back to the 90's..He had a Gray Beard.

Of Course I got to know Stanley very well over at the N&S Landers

 

You're really showing your age. Just saying conrail alone gives it away. I remember hauling but to get to 47th before they closed.

 

I pulled out of all those Conrails 47th, 51st and 63rd

 

Yeah......Sitting at conrail 47th for hours waiting to get a lift-on on a friday night while all your friends are getting ready to party (Circa 1993) its 10pm,you got your container on a beautiful warm july night..

Monday comes and your in Villa Park trying to deliver that 20' Lykes container at Syms.

 

ya pacella is known for that ! & had a bear driver cut me off last year and took off my front End of my truck smh

 

I did! As of yesterday! No more Intermodal for me

 

Business aside, I liked him. But in those days it reminds me of a bar on a far away planet world somehwere where there is nolaw excepting what you brung.

 

I've been pretty busy as of late. I see Kiswani got more new quad axle chassis. Been running mostly overweight stuff from Wisconsin lately.

Will county was out in force Friday morning at Elwood.
