    Well i just disconnected the Wilson.
    Couldn't ear nothing clearly, readings were meh, very low SWR on 40 and higher on 1 at max length on the Wilson. SWR on 20 were abt 1.5..jep didn't work.
    Any idea will be appreciated.
    It hurts buying "the good stuff" for no gain.

    Without a picture, I was just wondering if the antenna is mounted on the mirror or side of the cab. Either way you're probably dealing with a poor RF ground which is common on todays trucks.
