When I turn off the truck then press on start/stop and flip the climate control switch, after a few minutes it will start but it will struggle. Then the second or third time of trying to turn over to start, it won't. Then the lights start blinking on the switches (start/stop and climate control) and they turn off. Then I have to manually turn the truck on. Why is it doing this?

The lights are flashing to show you something is wrong. If you are getting one flash per second then you have a safety interlock not set correctly, such as hood closed, neutral, brakes set, and so on. If you are getting 2 flashes per seconds this means there is an actual fault and you need to get it looked at. If it does crank, then quit, this is usually a faulty vehicle speed sensor in the transmission that is picking up micro vibrations and transmitting a slight signal that the ECM is mistaken for vehicle speed.
