AM FM RADIO NOT GETTING SIGNAL 90% OF THE TIME. TRIED TO REMOVE IT AND NOT POSSIBLE SHORT OF REMOVING ENTIRE DASH. RADIO IS HUNG UP ON SOMETHING IN BEHIND IT. ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE ON RECEPTION ISSUES? ALSO INSTALLED NEW SIRIUS ANTENNA AND REPLACE AM FM ANTENNA WITH NO CHANGES. HELP

I had a car with the am/fm antenna buried in the rear glass. It worked fine until I ran a CB antenna coax from the roof across that rear glass antenna and into the trunk. That CB coax greatly hindered am/fm reception. When I removed the coax from running over the rear glass and instead ran it into a side window, the am/fm reception returned to normal.

Sounds like the coax isn't connected.

The radio antenna goes through the CB antenna, so this is where the problem is.

Also likely that the coax has a # of connections and one of them are loose...
