I’ve had this 2020 for about 2 weeks now. This morning, I stupidly turned on my microwave without having either the truck or APU running. So the truck started it’s low voltage thing, and turned off the 12v ports in the front of the truck, as well as my fridge.
I tried idling for over an hour to get them to turn back on. I tried driving for an hour to get it to turn back on. I’ve even tried checking fuses, and resetting the inverter twice, though everything that runs off the inverter is working, including the microwave.
I don’t want to lose all my food. Anyone have any experience with this happening, and how to fix it? It’s a holiday so of course EVERYONE is off. TIA

Hmm. One of the Sam modules controls the Low Voltage Disconnect.
You could try shutting off the main battery cutoff switch for 15 mins, then turn back on. See if that helps to reset it.

I don’t have that switch in my truck.

In my 2020, my company has it set up where the outlet for the microwave only works if the truck or the APU is running.

I looked but can't find anything on it. The New Cascadia Manual just says it you touch a switch on the effected circuit it should come back on after truck is running.
May have a blown fuse somewhere.armo Thanks this. -

Progressive low-voltage disconnect (PLVD) is in sam cab. The relay must be located on sam cab. -
