I drive a Kenworth t680 and about 2 months ago while I was in California I started noticing a cracking & popping noise coming from the left front wheel area when I was in creep mode & turning the wheels left or right.I ended up going too a Ta and they lifted up the left side and It looked like the front wheel was about to fall off. I never seen anything out of the ordinary while doing my pre trip. The truck ended up going too the dealer and having a kingpin replaced and some other stuff which was about $3000. Everything seemed ok for awhile, About 2 weeks ago I started hearing the cracking & popping coming from the front again while in creep mode in traffic. I have no idea but it doesn't sound to good. Does anyone have any idea on what this might be?

Do you even grease? No way in hell should there be any excuse for a kingpin to be worn out on a 1 year old truck!
