I used the kill switch. Worked like a charm.

I just had a 2020 freighliner with the same delphi radio that does the same thing. every truck in the fleet does it. I think the lane departure system causes this problem. trucks without it do not have the issue

Think "Record Player," or "RP," when looking at the fuse panel. It's C9 on my 2020 Pete 579.

The Forced reboot finally made mine shut off. Trucks been off for more than a hour and it just keeps saying loading source(s). I’m horrified that my 2nd gen 579 coming in September won’t be any better.

I'm having that same issue when I have Bluetooth active for long periods of time. I'll have to control the volume with my phone because the radio is locked up. It may be a bad Bluetooth transmitter crashing the radio or overheating if not both. Now my subwoofer won't come on and I have no idea which fuse it is. Fuse C-9 is for the radio, but the subwoofer still won't come on. Any help on that would be greatly appreciated. -
