Start looking for a local lawyer ASAP. Preferably one that knows the prosecutor and judge in specific city sited in. It's going to cost you but your current livlyhood and ablity to get commercial insurance / renew Hazmat endorsement could be at stake.

 

You drove through Cincy with hazmat? Oh my goodness.....I wouldn't look for a lawyer, I'd look for somewhere else to lease to.....I have a hard time believing they will throw that one out. 275 was right there.....

 

Is driving through Cincinnati with hazmat a big no no?

 

Yes, there is a tunnel downtown that no thru trucks with hazmat are allowed. All HM must take 275.

Can't you get off,. Go local fir three blocks, get back on the highway and cross the bridge? It's a small tunel.


Stay away from hazmat it's a dot magnet. I do haznat but try to avoid it so I don't get pulled in.
