Yep 400 is the eight bag. Which is a hugh improvement over the 100 eight bag. 400l is the four bag. The 380 is light duty. The more weight on the truck causes that c spring to compress more as it travels down the highway. So it will rub on anything like steps or mounted boxs, apu etc. So you need to make sure you have a pretty good gap. 380 also just looks ugly as hell. Makes mounting fenders tougher because of the c spring hanger.
3rd quarter for me and I did it this past weekend. I can maybe assume it’s cause one of the plants are here in WA and that’s where I’m located. Maybe it’s cause of my spec as well? Not sure.
Yeah I read quite a few folks complain about fender mounts with the 380. Looks like I’ll probably go the 400L route. KW doesn’t offer any low low options like Pete right?
Just be assimilated because resistance is futile….. get a crapacadia with 450hp/12speed auto and 2.xx gears. live unhappily ever after…….
the original ag100 was actually pretty bulletproof and rode ok, it was the Ag200 that was a bag of ####
You won't get any argument out of me about the ag100. My daily driver has ag100. But all my newer trucks have ag400 on them and its definitely an improvement in ride quality and maintenance. But unfortunately when people rage on kw eight bag, they don't know the difference of the three models. Out of the current available suspension options I still think the ag400 is the best.
