Can the 20A fuses (to the sleeper berth receptacles) be purchased someplace other than a truck stop or dealership? My husband is on home time and is trying to find the fuses someplace local; is there a "public" place they can be purchased?

    Thanks much!

There are only a few different fuses used in vehicles....the ATO and mini blade style fuses are the most common. Pull the blown fuse out, and take it with you to pretty much any gas station, truck stop, auto parts, or even any department or grocery store with an aisle or two of auto products. Even the local Kroger has automotive fuses. They are available pretty much everywhere.

Just a side note.. DOT does require a driver to keep a assortment of fuses in the truck. If he is company driver then his shop should provide them.

Replace the 20Amp WITH a 20A Do NOT use a higher amp fuse! It might keep him from popping fuses but it might also burn the truck down and that might be a bad thing! But then again.......
