Some of those violations are pretty serious. It's good they took this guy off the road.

Improper means of attachment - commercial motor vehicle
Insecure load - commercial motor vehicle
Improper brakes on trailer - commercial motor vehicle

Just from the picture I see one strap over each spool of wire and no numbers on the door. He was just begging to get pulled over.
