It probably can. I used to run a 315 Big Cam in a cabover with 4.11's on lo pros. Loaded at 80k. Set the cruise on 200 mph going across the desert, still got 6 mpg at that speed with a Turbo 3000D. Airtabs would have put me at 7.5 mpg.

Actually the first thing he says is “it will be gear bound at 220” which may be right. Then he basically just goes along with what the guy filming has to say.

Geared for 220 & capable of 220 are 2 wildly different things. I wonder how much power it would take to push all that air? I doubt 750hp would be enough.
Imagining you could keep the tires on the ground and put a rig that fast, i’d be first in line to guve that a shot. Man that would just be fun. Run around Daytona or Talladega in a 1,500hp or more truck. Wow, they’d have to slide the seat back. Lol i’d be driving with my 11th finger
