Employers aren’t legally allowed to ask if you’re a US citizen.
-
You have to wonder if the owner of that trucking company is even in the United States either… There’s so many of these shady companies that are being run by people overseas and don’t even have a physical facility so to speak with an operations, safety department, etc. in the United States… That practice needs to be immediately as well because if you’re gonna conduct business in the United States, you better #### well have a physical facility and employees running an office hereTurkeyCreekJackJohnson, D.Tibbitt, Gearjammin' Penguin and 3 others Thank this.

Your understanding of what is required is almost nonexistent..even though you’ve been told this many times you just ignore facts.
-
That's part of their competitive advantage, exchange rates.. if they had to run their businesses in the US and be legal they wouldn't be able to compete.. Our government allows it to go on basically backstabbing its own people..
Glad to hear he FINALLY got arrested.. not sure what they were waiting on.. do your da## jobs..D.Tibbitt, Gearjammin' Penguin, Kyle G. and 2 others Thank this. -
No requirement for the owner to be in the country as long as there’s an address on file with the fmcsa where the files are located.
Any foreigners can open a business here and get fast tracked to citizenship with a certain amount of money..it I recall $500k
Just as any foreigner/noncitizen can purchase real estate here..
Maybe concentrate your energy on changing the law in Texas giving no speaks CDL’s
Or Florida that will ignore the thousands of drivers here that don’t speak English..

TheLoadOut Thanks this. -
That’s great news, I was worried that he would flee the country.
I read that he would be deported after the charges and I hope that means after he completes a prison sentence in the statesKyle G., TheLoadOut and buddyd157 Thank this. -
I've said it time and time again, the issuance of these licenses can ALL be traced to one individual. Where are those arrests? I mean, how hard is it?Deere hunter, Gearjammin' Penguin, hope not dumb twucker and 1 other person Thank this.

For some reason his name is not appearing on the sheriffs department website for the jail roster… It keeps saying no name found

They have 8 trucks. I wouldn’t be expecting an office for a company that size. Most small companies use the address of the owners house since that is likely the office.D.Tibbitt and BoostedTeg Thank this.
